I only have one dog do I really need my yard cleaned?

Let me ask you this: Are you willing to take the blind-folded and barefoot, back yard challenge?  If you answered with a resounding NO then your yard needs to be cleaned.  Dog feces is not just a nuisance to you, your family and the neighbors, it can pose a serious health hazard.

Do you look for anything unusual in my dogs poo? 

Certainly!  As an added service for you and your dog/s, The Pooh Crew will keep an eye out for anything unusual.  If we find signs of worms, diarrhea, blood in the stool, or foreign objects in your dogs poop, we will notify you immediately.  Hey, we're already out there knee deep (slight exaggeration) might as well keep an eye on it.

How often will you service my yard?

If you live within Allen County we offer service once, twice or three times per week.  All other areas will be serviced once per week.

Should I unlock my gate?

An unlocked gate is very helpful as we do not pick locks, climb fences, or teleport.

Can I leave my dog/s in the yard with you? 

Certainly! "But if your dog is a man-eater please inform us first and I’ll make sure to send my ex to clean the yard!"  J

Do you clean year round?

Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall, The Pooh Crew cleans your yard through them all.

What about bad weather?

If we are unable to service your yard due to inclement weather (heavy rain, thunder, lightning, or significant snow fall) we will return on your next scheduled service day and thoroughly clean your yard of all accumulated waste.  Monthly billing will remain the same due to double the amount of waste on your next scheduled service day.

What can I expect at the initial cleaning?

Our first visit to your home will consist of meeting with you and your dog/s.  We will discuss your needs and concerns, and thoroughly clean your yard of all accumulated waste.  After your inspection and complete satisfaction, The Pooh Crew will collect the initial cleaning fee and the prorated fee for the remainder of the month.

What about a one time cleaning?

We will meet with you to discuss your needs and concerns, thoroughly clean your yard of all accumulated waste and after your inspection and complete satisfaction, collect payment for services rendered.

Do I have to sign anything?

Every customer is required to sign our 'Policies and Procedures' form, this gives us access to the area to be cleaned and states that you, the customer, understands and agrees to the payment terms set forth in the policies and procedures.

When will I be billed for monthly service?

Invoices for regular service are billed on the 15th of each month and due by the 1st of the following month.  For example; if a bill goes out on the 15th of January it is due by the 1st of February.  Payments are considered on time if they are postmarked on or before the 1st.

Is there a late fee?

A late charge of $10 will be added to all payments received after the 1st, in addition service may be suspended until payment has been received.

What happens if I bounce a check?

There is a $30 fee on all returned checks due to insufficient funds.

Do you clean your tools?

Of course!  Tools and shoes are sprayed with a disinfectant after every yard.

Do you scoop on holidays?

We do not scoop on the Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Years Day.
What happens when I go on vacation?

Will your dog/s be going with you or be boarded at a kennel?  If you answered yes and you notify us prior to leaving we can suspend service (and credit your account) until you return.   In the event that you do not notify us and we come out to clean your yard, you will be charged as normal. If you have a pet sitter and your dog/s are staying home we will continue service as normal.

Do you have a referral program?

The Pooh Crew believes in rewarding our customers who refer our company, for each referral that signs up for regular service, you will receive a $10 credit on your next invoice.  There are no limits on referrals so go ahead and go hog wild!

What do you mean satisfaction guaranteed?

If at any time you feel we have not done a thorough job please call and we will return to clean your yard at no additional charge to you, or credit your account for that days cleaning.  Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction -- if you're not happy, we're not happy!
